What is Haapasalon Hatsapuri?
”Hatsapuri (in Georgian, hatsa means cheese and Puri means bread) is a Georgian national dish with thousands of years of tradition. It contains about half its weight of rich and salty Georgian sulguni cheese, and half of sweet and slightly sour wheat bread dough baked in milk. Haapasalo Hatsapuri is a mouth-watering, delicious Georgian cheese bread and a company selling delicious Hatsapuri bread founded by Ville Haapasalo in 2020.
